Shopla (“Shopla”, “we”) is a lead-generation and discovery platform that connects shoppers with independent merchants (“Sellers”). Products listed on Shopla are sold and fulfilled by the respective Seller.
2. Who is responsible for refunds and returns
Because Shopla does not sell products directly, refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, warranty claims, and delivery issues are handled by the Seller, according to the Seller’s own policies and applicable law.

3. How to request a refund or return
